I missed out on LOST so never bothered as playing catch up is hard going.

However I am going through the first series of Fringe which is from JJ also; has anyone checked it out? Quite enjoyable I must say.

I am really looking forward to it as well. I can understand why some people gave up with it but the perseverance has paid off and this season should be a cracker.

I hate Lost with a fucking passion.  It has wasted countless hours of my life that I will never get back.  And to top it all off I am going sit there like a complete knobhead and watch every last episode of this overdrawn series till completion.

Surely it now having a definite end date negates it being drawnout? There was a point in the middle that it was a bit aimless to say the least, but those episodes at least fleshed out the backstories etc. Soon as they got the end date, it became the best show on TV again.

Its friday on sky isnt it? itd be wednesday for a download, which is what Ill be getting. COuld wait till friday, record in HD and watch on saturday without adverts via fast forward, but I really cant wait. The DL vers are what Ive watch so far, so Ill stick with em.

Just been looking over the episode names on my TV guide and episode 9 of lost is called "ab aeterno"

since the beginning of time... so whatever "that thing followers will know about from the end of the last series" is, has been going on since forever, which is cool. Kinda got the idea of that from those eps

For ref, this guide is http://on-my.tv/ and its excellent. You can login, setup what TV shows you want to see and theyre all displayed. Its v handy to keep an eye on if youre not sure if youve missed an ep or not. Also, you can download a .cal file and import it to your calender prog. I used to do that and sync with my phone so i got reminders.

Six episodes in and there still isn't any real answers. We've learnt a little about the numbers and the list, and about the good and evil dudes but so far this season seems to lack a little je ne sais quoi.
